How to Add a Seamless Pattern as your background in Blogger (Using the NEW 2010 Templates)

Go to your blog and your Template Designer page.

Click on Background and the Image.

Then Click on Upload, and upload your pattern.

Click Done, and then select Tile.

Click on Apply to Blog, and there you go!
