Thanks so much for your help. I am making another blog with the help of your blog. There is only one thing I want to remove. It’s the blogger header on top of the blog. Blogger always has that on the top. I noticed you removed it. If don’t know the html code to remove it. If I did I would remove it. It would make my blog look as nice as yours. Keep up the good work:)
help! I keep trying to upload a background paper that I have and I keep getting a message that the image is too big? what do I do about that???
If you have made the image yourself, you need to save it at a smaller size, in Photoshop, use the “Save for Web & Devices”. If it is an image that you got from somewhere else, upload it to a program like photobucket. Photobucket will automatically compress it to 1mb or less. Then download it from photobucket and use that file instead.
In order to upload any image to the template designer, I believe that it has to be less than 2mb. Hope that helps!
thank you – I am learning and your site is SO GREAT!
Thank you! Great tutorial!
hi!
i tried this tutorial and it worked for my first blog… i was so happy!
then i tried it on my second blog, and the pattern only went 1/8 down the page. i did the exact same thing as the first blog: same size, same quality and i selected “tile” too. the only thing different was the pattern that i used, but the second one was all messed up. do you know why this is happening?
thanks so much!
Thanks so much. I tested this on a test blog. I use a test blog when I’m playing around with backgrounds. Now I’m going to look for the perfect image. :)
