1. All Rights Retained
With the exception of Logos and Custom Illustrations, “Design Forte” (Makin’ Cute Blogs), retains ALL rights to all the design work produced. You may not use any thing for additional purposes other that for what it was purchased for. Example: If you purchase a blog design that includes a header, you MAY NOT use the header to print business cards. If you have any questions about what you can and cannot use graphics for, please ask.
2. Turn Around Time
When you make a design request, I will give you an estimate base on my current work load and according to my best guess of how long the project will take, but I do not guarantee any absolute date, because all projects are different, and in many cases are dependent how quickly we can communicate, and get through revisions.
3. Payment
A deposit is REQUIRED to begin all orders. The deposit amount is 50% of your total order (unless otherwise noted in my pricing). Deposit Payments are NON-refundable. They are required to reserve my time only. If you decide not to finish your order, you will not receive any artwork, the deposit payment made is only intended to pay for reserving my time, and time worked on your initial draft. The remainder of your payment is due after the design has been approved, but before anything is installed or delivered.
4. Revisions
I do my very best to accommodate for all revisions, but to ensure that I do not spend too much time on projects with too many revisions, Unless it is noted as “Unlimited Revisions”, after you receive your concept(s) you will be allowed up to 4 sets of revisions. Any further revisions will be billed at $45/hour. I will notify you before you accrue any hourly charges. Rarely do I need to charge for this, but this is why it is very important that you take the time to look over your drafts carefully before sending revisions.
